Ignite Presentation
My Problem of Practice Ignite presentation explained my rationale for selecting my topic and provided action steps for the implementation of three interventions.

Professional Development on Learner Profiles
My first intervention involved creating and facilitating a professional development series on Learner Profiles with my Curriculum Coach. We delivered the PD during the first PLC of each month, over a three month period. In addition to gaining new knowledge on how to learn more about their students, teachers who completed the reflection artifacts for each of our sessions also received .15 content credits and 1 digital learning credit.

Digital Learner Profile Survey Data Analysis
My second intervention involved third grade reading teachers giving a Digital Learner Profile Survey to all of their students and then analyzing the data. The survey was designed to provide teachers with information on students' learning needs and preferences in relation to instructional design, the classroom environment, and building relationships. My Curriculum Coach and I made a reflection document to assist teachers in analyzing the data and creating goals to adjust instructional practices based on students' input.

High-Yield Instructional Strategies
My third intervention was the implementation of high-yield instructional strategies aligned to the instructional routines in Into Reading, the district's newly adopted literacy curriculum, in all third grade reading classes. Third grade reading teachers were asked to implement at least one strategy each week and document the strategy used in a Google form. I went in to observe students' levels of engagement as the strategies were being implemented and/or asked teachers for feedback based on the strategies used each week.
